Stack & Associates is founded and run by Noranne Stack. Noranne holds a Masters Degree in Planning and Sustainable Development (MPlan) from University College Cork and is Chartered Town Planner and member of the Irish Planning Institute (MIPI). Prior to founding Stack and Associates in 2009, Noranne worked as a Local Authority Planner in both the Planning Policy and Planning Enforcement Sections of Kerry County Council and following this, as a Planning Consultant on the nationwide rollout of telecommunications infrastructure under the National Broadband Scheme. Noranne's associates have a range of development and design backgrounds including engineering, site assessment, architecture and surveying. This combination of expertise and experience amounts to a wealth of knowledge to address the environmental, commercial and technical challenges faced by clients.
