The Managing Director is Kieran Kennedy who has over thirty years professional experience of all aspects of urban and regional planning in Ireland and the United Kingdom. RPS Planning and Environment has particular expertise and experience of undertaking masterplanning, environmental impact assessments, planning applications and appeals, land use studies, local area plans and transportation planning. We also provide specialist expertise in legal aspects of the planning and development process including advocacy at public tribunals, oral hearings and in the courts. Since its establishment the firm has been engaged in a wide range of projects and consultancy assignments for clients in the public and private sectors.
