Kiaran O'Malley & Company Limited was founded in 1987 and is a family owned practice with experience advising private and public sector clients in relation to residential, commercial, retail, industrial, leisure and infrastructural projects. Our role can range from initial site appraisals to the preparation of applications for permission, appeals to An Bord Pleanála including oral hearings, attendance at court and at arbitration proceedings. We manage environmental impact assessments and we frequently work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, which can include engineers, architects, environmental experts and legal advisers. As a small firm one of the principals is engaged in every development project. We are based in Dublin and work throughout the country.
