ARC Consultants is a multi-disciplinary consultancy working in the areas of environment, design and development. Amy Hastings BCL MSc (Spatial Planning), Barrister-at-Law, MIPI is a partner in ARC consultants and is qualified as both a planner and barrister. Her role in ARC is the provision of planning services, planning legal services and environmental assessment services to ARCs clients. In addition, ARC, given its accreditation by the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland as a Grade I Conservation Practice, specialises in planning advice on protected structures and building of architectural heritage value. ARC can also provide specialist planning advice where there are issues relating to sunlight access, daylight access and rights to light.
