National Planning Conference 2007 - Papers

The Irish Planning Institute's National Planning Conference for 2007 picked up on the theme of building sustainable communities. Against a context of rapid population growth, a new National Development Plan, increased commuting times, a need for further key infrastructure investment and rising energy costs this is a major challenge facing everyone with responsibility for planning and development in Ireland.
