The Irish Planning Institute set up a Committee to prepare a detailed submission to The Planning & Development (Amendment) Bill, 2009. This Submission was sent to Minister for the Environment, Heritage & Local Government, Mr. John Gormley, T.D. on the 30th October, 2009. Click on download
