European CPD
The IPI organises every second year a special CPD event to a European city or region. The visit involves meetings and lectures from planners working in the city, presentations on interesting and important projects, and a tour of various sites of interest, as well as co-ordinating all accommodation and transfers for our members attending.
The 2012 Field trip is currently being organised and is likely to encompass the London Olympic Village. Further details will be made available when decided.
The most recent event was held in March 2010 and visited Bristol, Bath and Poundbury in the southwest of the UK. A commentary on the latest field trip can be found following the link here.
